Individual Sessions are $170 / hr, in person, via phone or Zoom. I also do walking sessions.

    Includes 6 weekly 1-hour sessions, personalized lifestyle-medicine plan, nervous-system literacy + regulation basics and between-session support.

  • 8 Week Rebuild Your Capacity

    $1,300

    Includes 8 sessions (75 min), capacity mapping, stress-cycle + sensory load support, weekly rhythm planning and between-session support.

  • 12 Week Whole Life Reset

    $2,000

    Includes 12 sessions (75 min), full lifestyle-medicine integration, nervous-system-aware routines, personalized habit + environment plan, between-session support.

How long are the coaching sessions?

Each coaching session typically lasts 60 minutes, allowing ample time for discussion and goal setting. If desired, we can tailor our sessions to be longer or shorter.

Can I schedule a free consultation?

Yes, I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation which serves as a mutual overview to discuss your needs and how I can assist you.

What topics can we cover in coaching sessions?

We can explore a variety of topics such as life or career changes, parenting, retirement, health & wellness, and more. It's up to you!

What happens in a coaching session?

Expect lots of questions! We'll dive deep into your beliefs and patterns of thought and behavior. I'll listen and offer feedback and help you identify, break down and work toward goals.

What is your coaching style?

My style is client-led and intuitive. I like to go deep yet stay light-hearted and fun. Our relationship is a partnership and I serve not as an expert, but as a collaborator.

Do you work with clients between sessions?

I want you to sustain momentum between sessions, and am available for quick check-ins via phone or text if/when needed. I also love to hear about your successes along the way!

Do you offer virtual coaching sessions?

Absolutely, I offer in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your preferences and schedule. I've found clients prefer phone over Zoom, but I will meet either way.

How do I prepare for my first session?

Think about your goals and any specific challenges you're facing. This will help us make the most of our time together.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Are coaching sessions confidential?

Yes, all sessions are confidential, providing a safe space for open and honest communication.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and bank transfers.

How soon can I expect to see results?

Results vary, but many clients notice positive changes within a few sessions as we work together towards your goals.

With a BA in communication and a minor in psychology from Western Washington University, Lindsey combines her academic background with her extensive experience in real estate and education. Her journey into coaching was inspired by her desire to help others find clarity and purpose. Lindsey's certification from Harvard Medical School's lifestyle and wellness program enhances her holistic approach, integrating wellness practices into her coaching. She is committed to listening deeply and providing personalized support to each client. Lindsey lives with her family in Snoqualmie, where she enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time on the water.
